Small and hidden

Location is excellent for subway user. But the access is a bit tricky. And no explanation given by the hotel on which exit to take from the subway station.

The place is for public transport travellers. No car park provided. And The staff is not so friendly. Room is small

Small quiet hotel

Polite staff Clean room even if small Walking distance to the Shin-Osaka station and restaurants

There are other Via Inn hotels a little distance away. Only the end name changes. So it can be confusing. Would help if special mention is made regarding the different hotels, even if it is indicated on Google map.

Locating Central exit is impt

V good location. Need to get out of the right exit. Central exit. Down the escalator by starbucks n turn right towards "under pass." It took us a while to locate it, but once we found it.. it was quite easy n close to station. Will stay here again. Keep in mind that room size is by Japanese std. Adequate n comfortable

Very close to shin Osaka station. Many shops and eateries at the station. Comfortable clean and convenient hotel

Hotel lobby area is not for guests to sit for coffee and snacks .

I like the 1st hotel stay but not the 2nd stay as hotel quality were quite different

Very near to train station, free breakfast which was excellent

Should update the hotel name in the booking per google map to ease locating the hotel.

Very near to subway exit 7.

The hotel should named as “Via Inn shin-Osaka station” per google. If u keying in “via Inn shin Osaka shomengochi”, it will display all the 3 “via Inn Shin Osaka” hotels near the station. I went thru the 3 hotels in order to find the right one.

Very Good

Very convenient location 2 min walk from Shin Osaka. We only used room to sleep as arrived late and left early. Good size, has a desk. Reception area looked nice, lounge for residents but we didn't have time to try.

You can hear trains go by intermittently but that's to be expected for convenient location so close to station. Osaka trains stop around midnight so quiet after that.

Nice hotel P.S. FIND THE JR CENTRAL EXIT

The location is super! Really close to the Shin Osaka Station and there is a 7-11 right next to the hotel for midnight snacks!! Staff were also great- there was a male receptionist who spoke super English and was really helpful. There was also a big bear and some decorations for photo taking in the lobby. The room design was also nice with a colour palette that reminds one of tender sunsets and calm sunrises. Loved the small corner sofa I had in my room. The hotel had all you needed.

The name is easily confused with another nearby hotel. Future guests remember not to rely on Google Maps to look for the CENTRAL EXIT and that is where you wanna go. The staff at the other hotel under the same via inn brand were super well prepared and gave us a map with coloured printing so that we were able to find the right hotel. Just bear in mind Shomenguchi = Front/Central (Shomen) - Mouth/Exit (Guchi) = Voilà Central Exit

Good

The hotel is near the Osaka train station. There is a 7/11 just next to it. So food and essentials are readily available. Service staff is friendly.

The room was rather small, alright for a short stay. Hair dryer not provided, so it is difficult to keep warm as well sleep with cold damp hair after a long day of travel.

The room was clean and good. Superb location as it is just next to the Shin-Osaka Station.

The breakfast was good and delicious, but need the restaurant is located at the train station.

Important to find the central exit n head right after you go down the flight of stairs from where Starbucks is. There is an underpass n Hotel.is right there. Super convenient once u locate it.
